Another rave review for Cast and Crew!! We had Washington at the start of our trip and the end. He was super friendly, kind, and punctual both times. I am a control freak who usually hates being driven around and Washington instantly put me at ease and I felt very safe having him drive my family. 🫶 Also, shout out to Victoria for squeezing us in last minute while on our trip when we realized we had made a reservation at a hotel for a breakfast we’d never make in time with Disney transport. She answered my frantic 9pm text very quickly and got us in for a 730 am pick up the next morning with Hilal (car seats included!!!). Hilal was just as wonderful as Washington! Thanks to all for another seamless transportation experience. You guys rock! 🩷

We have just arrived back at MCO after our Disney Vacation. Once again Cast and Crew Transportation were fantastic. Our driver was Nando both ways and he was so nice, friendly, helpful and had bottles of water waiting for us both journeys. Our flight to Orlando was delayed a few times but we couldn’t contact them as we were already on the runway for 3 hours. I needn’t have worried they followed our flight and were there for us when we arrived. The cars are immaculate, new, fully maintained, fully insured and so comfy. Communication with the fabulous Victoria Mooney is 1st class. As my husband said Cast and Crew Transportation are the best way to start and finish your vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Are All Rates for ONE WAY?

Yes, the Rates are for One Way.

How many days in advance can a Ride be Requested?

Cast and Crew can only accept Ride Requests that are WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE RIDE.

Where do we find/meet our driver/SUV at the airport for pickup?

Your driver will contact you when you land. Just follow signs to your airline’s baggage claim even if you did not check luggage. Please do advise us if you did NOT check luggage. We use MCO’s Express Pickup located on level one INSIDE the terminal NOT OUTSIDE where bus and hotel shuttle buses are seen. Take the elevator (not the escalator) closest to your luggage carousel down to level one, the Express pickup doors are straight ahead when the elevator doors open. Your driver will be either standing there or driving up to the door. It seems really hard to grasp that pickups are done within the terminal, our vehicles go through a security check prior to every pickup.

If you need to be picked up at MCO after 12:00am and before 8:00am, you will need to go to ground transportation where you see the bus and shuttle buses, just inform your driver that you are outside and tell him the number where you are, your driver will pull up within 3 minutes.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We require a Credit Card in case you cancel within 24 hours of your Booked Ride. Nothing will be charged to your credit card unless you CANCEL for any reason other than a flight cancel, even so you will only be charged $35 if within 24 hours of the booking.

We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your transportation needs should your flight get canceled or delayed. To date we’ve only not been able to accommodate 3 delays or rescheduled out of approximately 500 delayed flights.

Is there an AFTER HOURS Surcharge?

Yes! After Hours Surcharges are as follows:

After 10pm to 12:30am $20

After 12:30am to 4:30am$30

After 4:30am to 6:30am $20

If we have 6 people, 6 large checked suitcases and 6 carry on cases, a double stroller and a few hand bags… will this be fine for your vehicles?

Probably not, while our SUV’s are the biggest made, there is a limit to what they can hold. We pride ourselves in being “creative” and trying to accommodate every 6 max passengers needs. Anything over 4 large (checked) and 4 carry on cases should not be expected to fit comfortably. Every suitcase is not the same, some are hard shells, some are soft. Five passengers with 3 large suitcase and 3 carryons plus a double stroller is perfectly fine. Anything more, luggage or a sixth passenger you should expect a carryon or two in a passenger's lap.

We do not suggest 6 passengers with 6 pieces of luggage and a stroller, we are happy to have one of our rented strollers waiting for you at your resort.
